Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours.

• A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged in case of NO-SHOW.

 

2nd time in a row will be charged a $50 fee prior to booking your next appointment.

In the event you miss two consecutive appointments without contacting the salon.
 

First cancellation or reschedule is without any charge.

 

Booking Policy

• Please refrain from wearing eyemake up on the day of your appointment.

• Please plan to arrive early to allow for traffic and parking. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results.

 

Refund Policy

Haute Lash & Boutique does not offer refunds, we do offer a 3-day grace period to come in for one touch-up as needed.
